Study in France offers a unique choice of language training, between la Sorbonne and l’Institut Catholique, two large institutions which are among the oldest and most renowned of the French capital.

La Sorbonne

Founded in the thirteenth century by Robert de Sorbon, the Sorbonne University is part of the University of Paris. As one of the most prestigious and world-renowned French universities, University of the Sorbonne now provides quality training in forty of the most varied areas.

"Les Cours de la Civilasiton Française de la Sorbonne"  holder of the title " Français Langue Etrangère", offers language training tailored to meet your needs and exceed your expectations, not only by the variety of courses offered but also by their quality.

SIF allows you to tailor the courses according to your preferences:

You can first choose the frequency of courses that suits you best (12 or 25 hours per week), but also the theme of your courses. You can even select courses focusing on the Business French, phonetics, writing, etc.

L’Institut Catholique de Paris

Founded in 1948, the Institute of French Language and Culture of the Catholic University has a team of 50 highly qualified teachers who will accompany you personally throughout your learning.

You can customize your course of study to suit your needs: you can choose between 15 and 21 hours per week. Courses are also offered with a particular theme, such as culture and civilization, business French, and even a cinema internship!

The Institute of French Language and Culture of the Catholic Institute is located in an ideal location for students looking to experience the life in Paris.

At the heart of Paris, and close to the Latin Quarter and the Luxembourg gardens, the campus of the ILCF offers a real atmosphere of student life. Within their typically Parisian buildings, you can enjoy their library, computer rooms, cafeteria, but also the beautiful garden and the yard.

A French Student ID card will be issued upon arrival, allowing you to enjoy discounts at many locations.

Transport
"La Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris” is located in the south of Paris in the 14th arrondissement. Access to schools, as well as the Parisian monuments is very easy: the Cité Universitaire is both served by the tram and the subway.

Your Room
Study in France offers single rooms, in the most luxurious 5 residences of the Cité.
There you will have a bathroom, a separate toilet, high speed Internet access and a separate phone line.

The campus
On campus you will have access to different restaurants, cafeterias, libraries, computer rooms, a gym, pool, tennis courts and a movie theater. The campus is secure and monitored 24h/24 by agents. If necessary, a medical center is available.

The International environment
Welcoming students from 140 different nationalities, the university is a place for meetings and exchanges. It has a huge lawn where you can organize a picnic with friends, barbecues, games ... Parties are also held regularly in residences, making opportunities for new friendships between students.

Other alternatives
